How To File A Wills Notice

To be eligible to file a Wills Notice you must be:

over the age of 19 years, or
under the age of 19 and married, or
under the age of 19 and in the Canadian Forces on active duty.

How To File a Wills Notice:

Register the location of your will using our secure on-line easy to use application, electronic service.
Complete a Wills Notice Form ^(PDF 475K) and submit the application with the appropriate fee.
Forms are available at any Vital Statistics Agency office or Service BC office.
